Clickography Ltd uses this website to discuss photography enquiries, manage client accounts, deliver photographs and films, and host guest photo galleries. Contact clickography.sahib@gmail.com about your information or photographs.
Information you share
We store the name, email address and account details you provide, your gallery files, comments, requests and payment status. For the client area, we record sign-ins and downloads so we can manage delivery and support. Card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page when online payments are available; this website does not store your full card number.
Enquiries and bookings
When you enquire, we save your name, chosen email address or phone number, shoot details and any optional information you provide in an owner-only enquiry inbox. We use booking stages and internal notes to follow up and deliver your service. If you tell us how you found us, or arrive through a labelled Google or Instagram enquiry link, we record that source with your enquiry and count enquiries and bookings by source. This does not use advertising cookies or add you to a mailing list.
Why we use it
We use account and enquiry details to respond to you, provide the agreed service and support your gallery. Security and activity records help protect access and investigate problems. Payment records support delivery and business record keeping. Optional photography news and offers use your separate email preference.
Newsletters and offers
Creating an account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Tick the optional box if you want photography tips, newsletters and offers, then confirm your email address. We record that choice and when it was made. You can change it in your client area or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Account, booking and gallery messages are separate from marketing.
Private client galleries
Your client gallery is available to your account and Clickography’s owner account. Keep your login details private. Passwords you choose at sign-up are stored as a password hash. A password assigned by the studio can be stored encrypted so the owner can retrieve it for client support. Use a password unique to Clickography.
Live event photographs
Event galleries are shared with anyone who has the event link or QR code. They are not private client galleries. Only upload photographs you took or have permission to share, with the agreement of the people pictured and a parent or guardian for children. The upload page resizes supported images for sharing. Keep your originals. Please contact us with the event name and photo details if you want a photograph removed.
When an event is ended or replaced, its guest link closes. Its photos remain in the studio’s archive until the owner downloads and removes them. The owner can hide or delete inappropriate or unwanted photographs.
Services used to run the website
The website uses Sites hosting with Cloudflare-backed database and file storage. Resend handles connected website emails, and Stripe handles connected card payments and payouts. The enquiry form also uses FormSubmit to forward enquiries to Clickography. These providers process information needed for their respective services, which may involve processing outside the UK.
Cookies and retention
The client area uses an essential session cookie for sign-in. Your gallery and account information is kept while it is needed for delivery, support and business records. Event photos stay in the studio archive until removed by the owner. Contact us to discuss deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or other obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and object to or request restriction of relevant processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Email clickography.sahib@gmail.com with your request. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office about a data protection concern.
