What the 24-hour photo delivery covers

The 24-hour offer applies to the edited digital photographs from your event. They are delivered through your online client gallery, so you can open the collection on a phone or computer without collecting a physical drive.

Digital delivery and physical products are separate. Professional film photography needs its own processing arrangements, while prints and albums have separately agreed production and delivery times. If your brief includes a specialist edit, a publication deadline or a particular file format, discuss that when booking so it is clear what the delivery needs to contain.

Videography has a different workflow. Coverage length, audio, titles, the number of versions and the complexity of the edit all affect the schedule. We offer fast video delivery with the timing agreed around the scope; there is no blanket 24-hour promise for every film.

One account for your photographs and films

Your email address is your username. After creating an account and confirming the address, sign in to your private client area. Photographs and videos have their own tabs, making it easier to find the collection you want.

An event can be organised into named folders such as Day 1, Day 2, Arrivals or Party. The studio chooses the folder names when preparing your delivery. Open a folder to focus on that part of the event rather than scrolling through everything at once.

The photo view starts with a large carousel, followed by a grid. Pages show up to 60 photographs. Moving to the next page takes you to the start of that page’s grid, so you can keep looking through the collection without returning to the top carousel.

Preview first, then download your unlocked collection

When a collection requires payment, protected photo previews let you see the photographs while the originals remain locked. Full films also remain locked, although the studio can make a trailer available to watch beforehand.

Download access opens after payment is confirmed. If you paid by cash or bank transfer, the studio can record that confirmation using its manual unlock control. Contact Clickography if you have already paid and your collection still appears locked.

A protected preview is a smaller watermarked version for viewing. It is different from the original file you receive after unlocking. Visible images can still be captured from a screen; the access controls protect delivery of the full-resolution originals.

Give feedback underneath the photograph

Comments are attached to individual photographs and videos. That gives a request a clear reference: “Could this also be black and white?” underneath the relevant photograph is easier to act on than a separate message describing a picture from memory.

For a request affecting the whole collection, use the request area. Explain the result you need and where you plan to use it. A portrait crop for a social post, a print-ready file and a different version of a film may need different work. We can then discuss the request and any effect on the agreed scope.

You can return to the gallery to read replies and see updates. Keep your login private, especially if the photographs include family members or an event that was not open to the public.

Download and keep your finished files

Once the collection is unlocked, choose individual files or Download all. The full-resolution photographs are the files to keep for your archive and to use when arranging suitable prints. A screenshot of a preview is not a replacement for a downloaded original.

After downloading, check that the archive opens and keep a second copy in another storage location. A private gallery is a convenient delivery point; it should not be your only copy of important photographs. If you need a specific size or format for a supplier, tell us what that supplier has requested.

The guest QR gallery is a separate view of the day

A QR card on your event tables can open a shared guest gallery. Guests can contribute their own photographs without creating client accounts, after confirming they have permission to share them. People with the event link can see the visible photographs as the gallery updates.

Guest photographs are resized for the shared gallery, and guests should keep their originals. The studio can hide unsuitable images, pause uploads and download the event collection. Starting the next event closes the previous guest link; the owner keeps the archive until choosing to remove it.

Use that shared link for your guests and your private account for the professional collection. Keeping the two separate makes it clear which photographs were professionally delivered and which moments were contributed by the people at the event.
